COMPASS: THE WAVERYLY INN, NYC

For this project I collaborated with COMPASS real estate New York to render the iconic WAVERLY INN Bar and Restaurant in the West Village. Painted in watercolor and drawn in pen, these blend fantasy with the beauty of a neighborhood in reality.  Measuring 11.5 x 8.5 inch on paper, this was a unique gift + postcard for COMPASS.
